Are your sales final?
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. If purchase was unintentional please notify immediately. If you're unhappy with product, do let us know and we will try and find a suitable solution for you.
Do you ship international?
Yes! We have international shipping to Mexico and Canada as an option during checkout. If you have trouble, just let us know and we will help! But please note, for international orders, House of Orange, LLC is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages nor any orders that were not able to pass customs. And they are non-refundable. Thank you!
How long does processing take?
Most products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days before order is shipped. For pre-made products such as soaps and shampoo bars, most ship in 1-3 days. 
What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
If you received a damaged product, please retain the packaging/box/product and contact for further assistance.
What do I do if delivery service delivers to wrong address?
Any packages delivered to wrong address are out of our hands. Please claim your lost package with delivery service used. House of Orange does not provide refunds for lost packages, thank you.
