Shipment Policy: Damaged, Lost, Stolen Shipments
House of Orange is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen shipments and will not reimburse or credit account.
Please contact courier for assistance in claiming your package. Packages that ship Priority and Ground Advantage have insurance up to $100.
Return to Sender:
For packages with incorrect addresses and marked "return to sender" by courier, we are able to re-send package once it is back to us for an additional shipping charge. 
Or, you can also request a reimbursement once the package has been delivered back to us by courier.
Sales
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. 
Refund Policy
House of Orange has a No Refund Policy.
House of Orange, LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone.
