Are your sales final?
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. If purchase was unintentional please notify immediately. If you're unhappy with product, do let us know and we will try and find a suitable solution for you.
Can I change my order after its been placed?
If the order has not been put into production, it can be changed. 
Are your products cruelty free and vegan?
Yes, all products are cruelty free! We use beeswax in some balm formulas, please look out for the "vegan" sign for vegan products.
What if I don't know what products to use for my skin? 
Please reach out! We are happy to help you choose the right products for your skin type and concerns.  info@houseoforangeco.com 
Are you products safe for pregnancy and/or nursing?
House of Orange products are made without hormone and endocrine disruptors. But it is always recommend consulting with your health care provider about using any products before/during pregnancy or nursing. 
Do you ship international?
Yes! We have international shipping world wide as an option during checkout. If you have trouble, just let us know and we will help! But please note, for international orders, House of Orange, LLC is not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged packages nor any orders that were not able to pass customs. And they are non-refundable. Thank you!
How long does processing take?
Most products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days before order is shipped. For pre-made products such as soaps and shampoo bars, most ship in 1-3 days. 
Private Label: 5-10 business days (M-F)
